They’ll act as your own receptionist, following scripts/guidelines we agree on, so callers get accurate information and a warm experience.

A: We handle routine inquiries and appointment booking. For any detailed or technical questions (e.g. specific pricing or complex project details), our receptionist will politely inform the caller that you’ll get back to them with that information. We take detailed notes of the question or request and pass it to you immediately. This way the customer feels heard and knows when to expect a follow-up, and you can return the call prepared with answers.

A: Not at all. No new apps or gadgets on your end. Clerkly is a service, not a software you have to figure out. We set everything up for you. You’ll have the option to view your calendar or messages through our online portal or mobile app if you wish (so you can see your appointments and leads in real time), but it’s optional. If you prefer, we can simply send updates via text or email. It’s entirely hassle-free.
